Everything you type into this calculator stays on your device. We do not collect, store or share your marks, grades, attendance or personal details.

What this site is

VTS (VelTech Student Score) is a free tool made by a student, Pavan Rajanala, to help Vel Tech B.Tech students estimate attendance, internals, SGPA and CGPA. It is an independent project and is not run by Vel Tech.

What we collect

Nothing. The calculator works entirely in your browser:

• Marks, credits, grades, attendance numbers and subject names are used only to show your result on your screen.
• They are not sent to any server, database or third party.
• They are not saved. If you close or refresh the page, they are gone.

The print option

When you choose to print, you may type your name, VTU number, programme and semester. These are used only to fill in the printout in your own browser. They are not uploaded or stored.

Cookies, tracking and ads

• This site does not set cookies.
• It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• It does not load fonts, images or code from other websites. Everything it needs is served from the same address.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any website host, Cloudflare may process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. This is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, and we do not receive or use this information.

Links to other sites

The "How these numbers are worked out" section links to the official Vel Tech regulation documents on veltech.edu.in. The "Join VTS on WhatsApp" button opens our WhatsApp channel in WhatsApp. Those sites and WhatsApp have their own privacy policies. Nothing you typed into VTS is passed on when you open a link.

Children

The calculator does not ask for or collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Accuracy

Results are estimates calculated from the published Vel Tech regulations. Your official grades and attendance come from the Controller of Examinations and your department.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
